Alright, guys i’m out here, we’re gon na go ahead and give this a flight. The new stamptain model um, finally got a break in the weather here in florida. I’Ve been sitting on this drone for about a week ready to do this review and it’s been nothing but windy and rain it’s raining today, it’s a little windy, é, actually a lot windy, but i got a break in the weather, so i’m going to go ahead And fly this and give you guys some flight footage uh a couple of things. I want you to kind of know about this. Now setup is a little difficult, but don’t worry once you get everything set up, follow the instructions on the quick, ..., rápido, start guide. Everything worked fine, you’re going to think it’s not going to take off, but it needs a required amount of satellites once that satellite indicator on the app goes green you’re good to go.

Don’T forget guys on the bottom here on the sensors on the camera. There’S little film covers take them off before you fly otherwise it’s going to affect your ability to operate this. This one does handle the wind much better than the previous snap tane that i reviewed so let’s go ahead and get this up in the air. Don’T forget. One thing that is kind of annoying is every time you start this up, it’s going to want you to do the calibration for the compass, so we’re going to do it again after it beeps. É claro, if you do it the right way, it’s going to want you to put the camera up and spin it, i think i’m doing it the right way, let’s try the other way there we go now you’re set to go now. This does have a two cell 36 milliamp hour battery after you’ve done the compass calibration it’s going to ask you to do the gyro calibration. You just slide this over. It takes care of it. Does it by itself now you’re ready to fly all right now? Don’T! Forget this is a gps drone uh, it does use wi fi, but uh as you can see, it does have altitude hold it’s really windy out here today. So take that in account, but i’ve tried to return home function and i’ll show you later it does work.

It’S pretty accurate at least it’ll come back to you so i’m going to go ahead and put this in video mode and we’re going to take some video. So i can show you from the drone itself also and my app just crashed i’ve heard of that happening. I don’t know why so i’m, assuming with this one when you’ve, got the red dot that the that is actually in video mode. But if i click this, it goes to white now, if i click it over to camera, it actually tells you it’s, Gravação, recording a shot and then goes white, so i don’t know what’s going on there, but the whole screen just went white everything’s white probably have To restart the app here again and we’re, still completely white don’t know what’s going on with that. You can see on here that it has taken some videos, so i guess when it does turn red it’s in video mode recording. But as far as why it’s all white now i have no clue so i’m going to land it and i’m going to start everything over the screen now it’s coming back, but as you can see every time you start this up. It’S going to ask you to do these calibrations again, so let’s do them again. So now we’ll calibrate the gyro yeah. We should be good to go. Let’S do some flying this time. Está bem, i’m gon na go ahead and switch over to video mode.

So you guys can see some video actual flight video winds, kind of catching it right now, it’s kind of flying sideways, but it’s flying now. One thing you’ll notice here on the remote this button here is headless mode, so it doesn’t matter which way you’ve got that drone turned when you push forward it’s, going to go forward and it’s fight to win, but it is doing a much better job than the Previous snap tane that i flew much better, so at least this is something that you can fly in the wind because it’s pretty windy right now, Olá, all right now. This does have features as far as if you come over here, it’s got follow me circle orbit and so on i’m, not really going to go into those too much on this and that’s the seagulls kind of swoop. On the drone right now, they’re kind of pissed, the in the reviews that i’ve seen on this, they kind of work follow me works, mas é, not it’s, not very accurate. So the circle does work. It works very well i’m not going to go into those modes right now. I just want to see, show you guys what you can do with this? You can fly it in a windy situation where that previous model, i wouldn’t, recommend it at all this one here, Eu sou, primarily trying to get this to fly up here and just fly around. Show you some videos now one thing i am have i’m using an iphone 12 and i keep having the app crash on me.

It’S been doing it quite a bit, so i have to start over every time. It connects right back without a problem. I’M gon na go ahead and hit that return to home. So remember it was right about here. I’Ve got a tree up there. So we’ll see what happens. I might have to cancel it, but let’s go ahead and hit the return to home and it’s pretty windy. Agora, that’s not bad since how it took off about right here so probably about a couple feet away and for an inexpensive drone like this you’re, not dealing with some high priced thousand dollar drone at least return to home is going to get you back. So you can take and put this thing up and not worry about it. Quero dizer, if i take off now and it does have one touch, take off and landing it’ll. If you hit this it’ll, either take off from where it’s at or it’ll land right, where it’s at so you can emergency shut it down right there. So if i take this up and we fly it out for a ways i’ll get it way out here, let’s see let’s go ahead and get some video going. Another nice thing about this one is: you: do have the gimbal wheel, so you can adjust the gimbal up or down now, ter em mente. You do not have a stabilized gimbal it’s, not a three axis gimbal and there’s. No electronic image stabilization, which i think that would really improve a little bit on here, but uh let’s, take this out a little ways and again i’m in some serious serious wind here, i’d say: it’s good 10 para 15 mile an hour gus, Está bem, so we’re Pretty far out i’ll turn around here, i’ll show you where we’re at i am right there in the parking lot, so let’s go ahead and hit return to home, and i don’t know why.

But it kind of turns around and comes home backwards. So and of course again, i’ll show you where this one lands there. Good luck now go over a couple of things that i like about this versus the other one. This remote here has an internal battery. Does have a charging port, this micro, usb that’s a nice feature, the other one had batteries that you had to put in there. I hate any type of thing that you have to put batteries in can’t stand it, so you can charge this one up. It folds up nice it’s, got little handles fold them away your phone carrier folds inside and your antennas fold away. Nice and neat. O drone, como eu disse, has a 3600 milliamp battery. All that flying we just did i’m still on four bars, so we’ve still got quite a bit just folds in there like that. Now this drone keep in mind now it does have an sd card slot here on the side, so you can do all your images to that one. The previous model that i did everything went to your phone. This one goes to the sd card.

Like i said, you do have a gimbal that’s movable by the remote control. It is not stabilized and it is only one axis. Folding up of this is a little tricky front.
