SnapTain SP350 Beginner Mini Drone Review and Instructions

Excuse me. I hate those things so ready for those to be gone. Olá, i’m james stanton, and welcome to my channel before you go a new channel about drones and aerial. Video photography and different aspects of drones and i’ll be reviewing all these drones throughout the year and much more to come. But before you can fly these, você tem ta, learn to fly it all so today’s all about the mini drone, you’re thinking about getting a snapton sp 350 for your kids or you’ve, already bought it and you’re. Like me, you don’t want to read the user manual. You want to look on the internet on the youtube and figure out how to fly this bird in the air without reading the manual and we’ll get over that a little bit. But i want to kind of go over some things about this little beginner drone. If you’ve already bought it, congratulations for making a really good decision on starting on a beginner drone and here’s the price on amazon right now, and what i mean by that is a beginner drone has the same access as these big inspires behind it. It actually has a four axis, but eight different directions that those axis go and what i mean by that is this little controller here, these two dials they go all the way around. Just like a big drone does so, if you have the uh like let’s, say the maverick pro to zoom.

These controls all work exactly the same, and so when you have these in your hands, you’re having to control uh, this drone going forward backwards up down, left right and yaw left and right, e então, by the time you you get into getting the bigger drones that Have a three axis gimbal and it has zoom all of a sudden you’re having to control 12 different things with this thing, so this is the best thing to do think about this as a drone with training wheels. This is where you want to start so many people go out and they go out and they look at the best things they can find on the internet, and you know what they come home with after they fly a few times. They come home with something like this and and they throw it away and they’re very upset and – and they probably could have had a lot of fun flying drones if they’d have been smart and started with the beginner drone. So each one of these little mini drones has its own way of pairing. If you don’t know how to pair it, you may think you’ve got a bad one, but this one takes a couple more steps. If you turn on the remote it’ll start blinking and then you turn on the drone. It’Ll start blinking really fast, and then you take this remote and on this side you go up here deep down here. It beat all the way to the left, hear it beep and stop, and it may go and go this way too and pop, e então, when you press it on the motors and to go over the buttons on the top, this square button right here is to Stop the the drone, so if you put your hand underneath it, it’ll fall out of the sky into your hand, that’s kind of cool this button right here is your speed button.

These three little lines right here, it’s gon na start out in the slowest mode you one quick, tap it’ll, go into second speed, one more quick, tap and it’ll be in its fastest mode. This button right here, a long hold, will make the drone circle, o que é muito legal. This button right here, don’t ever use it. The reason is it: one is returned to home. It doesn’t have gps, so all it’s going to do is fly into a wall, and then this button, our long hold we’ll put it in headless mode, which means the orientation of the drone will go wherever you push this dot. This controller with the axis, but you don’t, the whole point of a mini drone is to learn how to fly it, not to learn how to use headless mode. So forget about that and this one is uh the flip, even though it says 360. so what’s going to happen. Is you press this button and then, whichever way, you point this controller it’s going to flip in that direction and of course these are your trim buttons. So if it’s not hovering correctly, you just adjust the trim, so if it seems to be fading backwards, you want it to come forward more. You push press this button if it seems to be fading to the left, you want to go to the right. You just hold down on this button until you get it to hover in place, so it does come with a handy, dandy screwdriver, because you got to put three batteries in the back of the remote.

It does come with extra props and a proper removal tool. I’Ve. Never really broken one uh, it comes with two extra batteries and the light is green when they’re charged and red when they’re charging – and they slide into the drone right here and you plug it in so when you turn on the remote it’s up down, hold it Down to the right until it beeps i want to go to the other side too. Then it’ll take off you notice. It covers really really good get her up. I really like the uh the bright light on this one and then on the back side. It’S got the the red light, she’s holding really really well um, so it’s right now, it’s in the first speed but that’s how fast it goes again. Now you hear those two beats now we went into the second speed, so now it’ll be a little bit faster. You know what’s cool when it does that all you’re gon na do is push the button again. So now we touch it again hear those three beats now we’re now she’s hooking. I want to make it like. You have a little racetrack. You want to go around. It seems to get stuck just work, your way out there you go, so you want to go forward backwards, but you want to learn how to use um just left right, guinada, so kind of make it do. Circles like this backwards, then have it come away from you and learn how to yaw it back and forth without just steering it all the time.

So sometimes you want to learn how to steer it. The thing i like about these little mini drones over the tillow um. If you take the pillow and you bump it into something it won’t it just shuts down it. Won’T take off like that see how good this little thing crashes. You know it bumps into stuff. You can’t do that with it with other ones, so it just bounces off it just corrects itself.
