Well, its somewhat new its been out for probably about seven months. This is called the lsrc s6s mini its a pretty neat mini drone. It weighs only 150 grams, so its very light youre not gon na have to register or play around with this. The only downside is most of the features that cant get working. The only feature Ive had working so far is the GPS. Follow me and its only been working one time for me out of about four tries and when it does work guys, the quad will kind of turn away from you, while its following you so thats the downside of this drone uh, it does have GPS 4k camera. Now I dont believe its a true 4K, but uh Ive got everything wrote down here. We have Optical flow GPS, electronic image, stabilization on the photos, a 200 meter image transmission range and a 1500 meter control range, so its pretty fair to be able to fly with this quad and Ive seen other reviewers hit at least 900 meters with it. So its good for a bit of a distance, uh, 4K HD lens and the resolution that comes in at is 1280 by 720 video, so its not really a 4K, and we have 4 000 by 3000 on the pictures we have a 50 times Zoom. The battery is either a 1600 milliamp or an 1800 Im, not exactly sure as two different sites have it listed one in 1600 and one is eighteen hundred 25 minute flight time.
The battery is a 7.4 volt and we have the features which are smart, follow headless mode and trajectory flight. We have the no signal return and no power return, so the return to home does work which Ill test out for you guys here now and show you that, but it comes, it comes in your vicinity, guys its not going to land exactly where you take youve Taken off from so lets boot, this drone up and Im going to do a screen recording here, as I noticed that if you try and enter some features, it will stop recording on you. Okay, so well go into the Wi Fi as it is a Wi Fi. Drone foreign GPS select that and its connected. So now we go into the app which is called ER X drone, and we want to calibrate this little drone so were going to push calibrate calibration button once and youre going to see the lights flash on the back of the quad. They will stop and its calibrated, it says: accelerator accelerometer calibrated then were going to hold that same button down until we hear a beep and we can pick it up and do our little horizontal. You hear the confirmation beep tip it up and theres our other confirmation. So we are now ready to fly guys before. I do so, though, Im going to start that screen recording just so, you guys can see everything thats going on in the app.
So we are now screen, recording, well, go back in the app, and I will also hit record here and then were going to take off and we have to do it from the transmitter hold. The button in drum will starts Motors and it will power up there. We go so GPS is already on and I can tell you it takes a second to lock its GPS now its showing we have 14 satellites. Now you can see its in position right now, but if I fly forward – and I luck over the stick – a drone is still traveling and now it stopped so it takes a moment for it to lock its position in, but it flies really really well guys. The price on this drone, I paid a hundred dollars, Canadian with three batteries, so excellent price range on this uh camera up and down thats. As far as I can tip that camera up, so it has a little bit of an angle on it. Probably I dont know 20 degrees. Maybe lets get up here. Get you guys a view in town Im, gon na try and steady out here, okay, thats camera down, put it all the way up, thats. As far as I can put that camera up, it might have actually uh been nudged and tipped down a little more because it was usually up a little bit higher than that. Now the Telemetry – I dont believe its exactly right on this guys, saying: Im up 36 meters right now.
I think its a higher than 36 meters so were going to take a picture there. We go well bring that quad back down were only, I believe, were in the first speed setting. It has two speeds: yeah thats. The second rate right there so now were in second raid Ill, go full step forward its uh substantially faster than the first race luck going. The Drone is still traveling now its stopped, so it does work pretty good guys. It flies really decent. Itll. Get me in the picture here right about there and we will snap another pick foreign bring it in Ill. Try to follow me again here and see if it works today, but you can see when you look off that stick. It takes a moment for the Drone to actually stop okay, so we want to click on the little picture up in the top left here of the Drone, and that brings up all of your features, which 90 99 of them arent working and its this crappy app. The app actually sucks so go ahead. Follow me and well. Click on GPS follow. Okay, its working today the Drone has turned whoa whoa whoa whoa, whoa whoa lets get out of that. It was heading for the fence there for some reason, guys so dont trust the features do not trust. These features. Lets put it back in the first race Ill, bring it over this side away from all that metal, fencing and well, try it again, but it did work.
The other day when I attempted this, I believe you have to be like 1.5 meters away no further Music. I think thats what it said in the booklet so well, try it one more time. Follow and GPS follow. Oh nope, nope nope its trying to take off towards offense, so dont trust them theyre, uh theyre, definitely not gon na work. Music. Do not trust the features guys if I had to let that go right there. It was heading towards that fence and it would have probably destroyed the Drone. But what can you expect for a hundred dollar price range here not going to get too much? This little thing has brushless motors and a GPS that actually works, so it holds position and a fly is good theres, not a lot of them out there. That fly good and have a an actual GPS in it that works. So for the price point it is worth the hundred dollars, I mean thats. All you want is a flyer race, something with a camera that looks okay, so Im not getting any lag here. So its not too bad as long as youre not too far away. I guess lets go up in that second race, so just to save room on my phone here guys now that you already seen what the video is like Im gon na stop recording there. We do have the screen recording going and uh thats all. We really need here to finish this flight, so I just wanted to make sure that you guys can see whats going on with this drone and how it looks and all we dont need to continuously eat up my memory on my phone as there isnt that much So Im just flying out there I just lost uh.
Oh no fpv is back its kind of starting to freeze up. Now, though – and I am thats saying – 334 meters thats not right im – maybe a hundred just at the edge of the ball field there and getting it back now, its uh, its freezing though, but you do have headless mode that one does work. I have tried that lets test it again. Here, uh uh were in the options wheres the Headless mode. There we go headless, so I will turn the Drone around and head away from me Ill, actually turn it sideways facing town and I will pull back on the stick and that drone is coming back towards me. So headless mode does work there. We know headless mode works so lets take that off there we go thats about it guys it is a fun little flyer Im down to 50 some odd percent battery now its flicking between 50 to 60. So its about to run out weve been filming on the GoPro for just about 12 minutes now its going to take quite a few charges in this battery to get anywhere near the allotted time, but not too bad right now, weve got like 14 sorry, 12 plus Minutes I thought it said 13. Its uh 12 minutes were down to 55 56 percent on the battery Ill fly it down here, though, to uh show you what you can expect. Itll start beeping when its running down low and youll get a low power.
Itll come up and say low power on the screen. Thats full stick forward, thats its complete full speed, thats first race, very, very slow in first race back to Second race. So it picks up quite a bit when you hit that second race substantially faster. But a really good flyer, guys very, very good flyer transmitter is very cheap, cheap plasticky, but the Drone is built pretty decent. The Drone is actually built decent nice quality, but for that price point its its certainly worth a hundred dollars and thats with three batteries. So Im figuring, I didnt look at the price with one battery but Im guessing its about 75. around the 75 dollar range and thats Canadian dollars. So American money, its going to be much cheaper, its probably around the 50 American American dollars in US dollars were down to 50 51 battery. Now still cruising actually come down lower here that hammer down and then pick it back up there we go. Camera went up a little higher now it could have been that its flying forward too, when its tipping well get one more look in town here, so its not too bad guys for a hundred bucks, not too bad at all. I know a lot of people are looking for a cheap flyer where it actually flies good and things work, but I know these these features are actually crap. Dont expect anything with the features the trajectory I couldnt figure out how to use this Music and it when you click on trajectory, it kind of comes up and says signal loss, I think, is what it said.
Youve seen what happened when I tried the GPS follow. It also has an image follow, but I couldnt get that to work either see if we can try that right now but, like I said, I tried that the other day and it would not work Music. Oh whoa, slow down, see what I mean when you let off that stick. It still wants to travel a few feet so into the features hit. The follow and well hit face. Follow Music and Music right now, no, nothing its uh, its, not working a little bit closer here or is it working because it uh trying to move here Music now its moving slightly guys, but its its not working click off of that yeah features are no good. Lets do a little drone here: Music, insufficient power, so were starting to run alone. Now there we go so we will initiate return to home. Show you guys where its going to land here. Drone is turning around away from me and then it will come back there. We go its coming back now, so I know this review is getting pretty long, were over 16 minutes 70 minutes now, so once this lands will end us, you can see. I took off from the case. The Drone is over here so its going to land like 10 12 feet or so away guys there you go, but it does come in your vicinity anyway. So what more can you ask for for the price of this drone, so Im going to power it down and out of the app and make sure yeah yeah were still recording so well.
Stop that screen, recording and well power off the Drone, so dont expect too much with the features but uh for the price of the Drone thats. Well worth it its a great little flyer. The camera Works, GPS works, so cant expect too much. I mean it is a hundred dollar drone, but that being said, I hope you enjoyed the little review guys if youre new to our Channel.
