To give you guys a open house tour. So today is wednesday. June 30th and all applications are closed. So information from the hhs, the applications online opened on monday and it was closed monday evening. So application is now closed. All right so again, today is wednesday. June 30th applications are closed, but viewing is still available up to this saturday um. So what was being sold is phase 4a and 4b1 i’ll put up a little video to show the different phases and then the next phase that they’ll open up is 4b. I don’t have a date for that yet and after 4b, it’s 3b and then 3a and then they’ll go across the road, eventually um behind the kermit building, which you’ll see in the drone video, so stay tuned for the drone video because phase 5 phase. Five of this katrin’s eighth estate development will be across the road, so you guys will see that from the drone video now again, i’ll put up a little clip. Show you the different phases, so we’re gon na take a look at the duplex unit, the duplex studio. So i’ll be as in depth with you guys as possible to show you guys what the studio is like and then we take a look at the one bedroom um for this phase that was just sold out is 150 units. It is already ready – and by october the other 100 should be ready. Um it’s gon na be a total of 1650 units on 650 that’s, the total number and again it’s going up to phase five cost is six million for the duplex studio and seven million for the detached one bedroom um.
Let me jump into some sizes, for you guys all right, so the size of the duplex studio is 237 square feet and the one bedroom is detached and it’s 367 square feet, and then the lot sizes is from 2400 square feet to two thousand eight hundred yeah. So that’s some dimension for you guys and again. The first thing we’ll be looking at is the duplex sticker unit. I’M gon na show you guys some trips around the place um, so you guys can see exactly what’s happening. This is the duplex right here. You’Ll have a neighbor right beside you and again these houses, which persons would classify as low income, affordable, nht all this, because we know that the nht benefits gives you 6.5 mil per person as a couple it’s 13 mil. So these hoes are in very high demand, because most persons cannot afford the apartments that are 20 mil 25 mil 30 mil 40 mil so for hard working civil servants – and you know other jamaicans – these are what they are trying to get and the demand is so So so high, you know on sunday it was a big crowd out here for persons trying to view for the application on monday and a lot of persons still don’t get to apply a lot of persons still haven’t seen the model units yet so i’m. So work is ongoing, so i’ll do a quick walk through the one bedroom, all right so based on where it is located. You know the lot size, maybe a little bit bigger depending on. If it’s, you know carrying a lot or whatever the case may be so it’s a lot of persons, so you know we can’t give a very in depth um tour but i’ll, try and give you guys as best as possible.
So this is the mother unit. So let’s take a walk in let’s. Let me give you guys about the size all right, so the duplex tree that we looked on was starting at 2 400 square feet. The unit itself in terms of size was starting at 237 square feet and then these one bedroom apartments lot size starts at two thousand eight hundred square feet and then the unit itself starts at three thousand sorry: 367 squares again it’s expandable. So you do have that option as well, all right guys so catrion’s estate, always in development, remember to share the video, because you may not be interested in our property, but the friend our family may be trying to get one of these. They may have missed this phase because applications are closed, but they can definitely catch another phase and again before we set up the drone.
