DRONE VIDEO-J$13B ST. THOMAS HIGHWAY | SOUTHERN COASTAL HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJ-MORANT BAY-JAMAICA

You know it’s rush, the discovery boss with another exclusive, so today, we’re doing a center master run. If you want to call it like that, um we’re, looking at some of the construction and development in saint thomas, along with the south coast highway, so we we’re just starting the video right here. This is the future home of the jacks view heights um it’s a it’s going to be a community 280 residential lots. Three, commercial lots: two industrial lots and a lot of green areas as well, so it’s right outside of bulbey right – and this is where we start in our center – must run so i’m sure over the next couple months years. This will be a totally different location will be totally transformed and again this is jack’s view right outside of bulby with the saint thomas highway as well. That will be really boosting some of the development right here so i’m sure these property prices will be skyrocketing. You know in the very near future, so i’m sure some of the early purchasers will definitely benefit so not a lot of work as yet, but work is happening. You know they’re making preparations to start construction of this community i’m, seeing some chinese workers. So it seems as if it’s china, arbor engineering, that got the contract um so yeah. Some development happening outside this area right here in a right outside of bulby and just want to show you guys what’s happening so anyway.

Saint thomas is one of it um, which is a part of the south coast highway, but stay tuned guys it’ll be a little longer. Video because i’ll be giving you guys all the updates um different clips of different section as well. So i will be we we up up up above this current road, as you can see, they’re making me right now, um, let me go outside and give you guys a few shots all right, so this section is right outside of albion heights. So this is a part of what will be the south coast highway running through saint thomas, so they’re digging down the entire hillside, as you can see so stay tuned. Guys, i’ll show you showing you different areas, different glimpses, so we are on the current road. That is still operational while they are building the new road, all right guys stay tuned. I recently covered the me pen to williams field leg, so this is the center mustang that they’re working on this is through the hills and valleys um.

I think this leg may be a little bit more difficult because of the terrain um because of the multiple fields and and stuff that they have to be cut into so again, we’ll be showing you guys different clips as i go through, so you guys can see The extent of work that’s happening all right, so let’s continue the drive so stay tuned. This is a section that they’re working on right now, um for the southern coastal highway. You know billions of dollars is being spent, and you know china arbor engineering is the lead contracting company. They have a lot of experience in road works, bridges stuff like that so we’re in the grand spain community and again just showing you guys all the work that’s happening this side, so stay tuned, guys more to come all right.

So another section here. So we sit here digging off the eel right here at this section, so one they’re creating a a barrier wall which you can see and then they’re digging off the eel to create um more space for the road they’re, also making they’re also gon na. I think they will probably concrete the slope to prevent erosion based on what i’m seeing similar to the northern north south highway to mount russell. You guys drive there before a lot of sections, look like this, where they have to be cutting through the hills so it’s. The same concept i’m, seeing right here and again guys. This is the grand spin area not too far from bulbay it’s, a lot of work happening with this era right now, all right guys so we’re back on the drive so i’m just driving along the route. So you guys have a very good idea where we are and the extent of the work then on the right. I think what they’re creating is a probably a temporary road so that they can get this one to use, and a lot of that will be happening where they, you know close this current road so that they can have it as part of the expansion all right. So we see work is progressing very nicely all right. What i’m gon na do as well guys i’m gon na give you guys a a quick drone shot a quick drone view um of what something right here.

So this is another section of the roadworks again southern coastal highway. This is the centromeres leg, so center mass is getting a highway and in a few years all these areas will be booming. With you know, higher costs for real estate land price will be going up. So now is the time to invest. So quite obviously right here will be completely widened. This is a flat era, so they took it down a notch from up in the hills and come down to the flats, so lots of work happening. You know billions of dollars in cost. Without a doubt, you know a lot of equipment cost without a doubt so, showing you guys, you know all the different sections of the airway and in the same breath i’m showing you guys the beauty of centaurmas as well.
