I was on the fence regarding the pro and zoom but ended up with the zoom and so glad I did. I really like the zoom feature and do HD so I can take full advantage of 4X. Great review as always and very nice video.

Ed, complementing my question below, my concern has to do with a comparison that I have not seen yet for landscapes photographers like me. A comparison image quality between super high res (48 megapixeles) in M2Z versus quality image of M2P (20 Megapixeles). I am a landscape photographer and use to take very few but special images. Have you already done this comparison?

Hi Ben, I am a serious amateur photographer and only interested in images. Once both mavics were launched I thought that my option was "no brainer" with mavic 2 Pro but after seeing a lot of video comparisons and the fact that M2Z has the option of high resolution images now I am very confusing what would be the right option for me. I will appreciate your comments and thanks before hand.

I can't believe how stabile the footage is! Of course I am a beginner. In fact I don't even own a drone yet. I'm checking different reviews to get a better idea of what drone is the right one for me. The photage at ca 12:40, (hight altitude) is that also shot with the DJI Mavic 2? Would you recomend this drone to a beginner? It feels a bit costly, but it is also costly to buy a cheaper drone with all the limitations that comes with low cost, and then stop using it because it has too many annoying flaws.

Does the 0ne inch sensor mavic 2 have a better auto focus and auto exposure than the mavic 1 ? more like the phantums ? IE- no more touch screen to focus? also same question for the mavic 2 zoom version

Nice review. I watched another vid on YouTube, and that person discovered two hidden features. One is for both the M2P and M2Z, and that is pressing your finger on your screen, and you can pan the camera both keep holding finger down and moving from side to side or up and down. Also he says by going into the camera set up, you change a setting to get a zoom on the M2P from 29mm to 39mm. Watch and see for yourself. https://youtu.be/VGpjLrngxBI
