Man I like your vids, but please tone down that over enthusiastic intro. There's actually a growing number of people who find it really off-putting because when you are watching youtube for a long time EVERYONE is doing it, and it is like come on dude calm the F down.
This good quality drone I mean this is hd version or 4k
Anyone know the song at the end?
just got into the hobby. this is EXACTLY the kind of project i love. thank you
🙁 I'm a year too late
Do you have any info as far as where to solder a receiver to the racer star f4s ?
And how would I run if I'd go for the dji camera + controller ?
Do you realize how many types sizes there are? I'm sure you do! I could list crap for an hour!! 4024s, 4028s, 5028s, 5026s, 5030s, ect ect ect Think I've my point!!!!! If your going to tell us how to build something, Then give us something to go on?
Your not telling us Size of Props? What Version of Emax avian Propellers they are with the turn up ends? Need spec man specs !!!! If I'm going to build the same drone need more info!!!! On Parts !!!! Not just some vague mumbling of what it might be?
What's the battery life difference between the cheapest motors and the upgraded ones?
But in the pro version the transmitter for the receiver is installed?, because from what I see is inserted only the one for the fvp glasses
2019 UPDATE: $115.54 using those exacts links with so digging I might find it cheaper
Please please please do one this year too!
Couldn't get used to flying with goggles on so I asked a mate to fly my drone while I got familiar with it , he assured me that he had used this drone before I purchased it and was able to control it with ease, as he was taking off I told him that headless mode wasn't set up so he was aware of the direction the craft was now in within twenty seconds he had turned the drone around so forward was back ect and flew way to high that the wind carried it down towards a field with overgrown nettles and spiky stuff that grew to a height that made Jack's bean stalk look Small in comparison needless to say he tried to correct the problem but realized that he was actually speeding up in the wrong direction next thing he did was hand me the controller and bailed I had 5 seconds to ditch it before the range ran out only thing to do was recover it from where I had last seen it we made our way down to the area the camera was still connected but the motors were jammed we could see trees more spiky stuff that was our only clue to where it was we were hoping to see movement on screen if we came close, after a while my phone and drone battery died and legs cut to bits we decided to give up and buy a new one hopefully in the future , basically I've been on YouTube researching drones on a budget and came across your video so now I'm thinking that I could build my own . Could you do another video like this with prices for August 2019 thanks will follow your channel as you've peaked my interest in building and racing . sorry for long comment just needed to vent a little lol ?
Would the non goggle footage been filmed on a gopro? I'm new to this and wondered why there is such a difference in quality.
Great drone for that price! Amazing
anyone know a decent battery?
Whats the max range? And is it better then the mavic air
i went from a syma to a phantom 3,now a mavic air and always wanted to try a fpv racing drone so why not build one cheap first and learn like i did with my other drones ,thanks for the tips stew ,mite even get a battery strap off ya too :0)
Man you are the best.
What is the effective range? Is it depends on controller’s or google’s antena? Also are controller and google connected independently to the drone?
Im looking at getting into building my first racing drone after falling in love after seeing first-person race footage.
In everybody's opinion, are the components that are not worth cheaping out on?
My goal is to have an affordable first drone that gives a clear first-person view with a headset, medium/long range, easy to repair or replace damaged parts.
As a total noob, im ignorant about the features that make motors, cameras, chassis and wireless components good or bad. Most the store pages I have researched do nothing at all to specify what differentiates a £11 motor from a £5/£8 motor and I am a bit confused as to what compatibility issues there may be. Like with desktop pcs, are there combinations of chassis-camera-motors that dont work, or are the interfaces standardised?
Any tips or help offered would be hugely appreciated. This video was the first one I found that made sense of the assembly process for me.
where to buy it please?
